Superleuk, LLC d/b/a GenPPT ("GenPPT," "we," "us," or "our") operates genppt.com and the GenPPT application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What GenPPT does
GenPPT is an AI presentation maker. You can paste a prompt, upload documents, attach images, or provide a link. We use that input to research topics, draft outlines, generate concept previews, render full-slide visuals, and export decks to PowerPoint or PDF.
Those features require us to process your submitted content plus account and usage data.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: email address and basic profile details when you sign up (Google sign-in or magic email link)
- Presentation input: prompts, outlines, chat messages, uploaded files (PDF, Word, text, images), and URLs you submit for deck generation
- Generated content: decks, slide images, thumbnails, concept sheets, exports, and related metadata created in your account
- Support messages: information you send to support@genppt.com
- Billing information: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps
- Usage data: features used, generation events, errors, and performance metrics
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics identifiers, and marketing attribution cookies
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service
- Generate and store your decks, slides, and exports
- Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
- Send service emails (sign-in links, export ready, account notices) through our email provider
- Respond to support requests
- Monitor reliability, debug issues, and prevent abuse
- Measure product usage and marketing performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
AI processing
GenPPT uses third-party AI and search providers to research topics, draft content, generate images, and assist in the editor. When you use AI features:
- We may send your prompts, uploaded files, chat messages, and deck context to AI providers for processing
- Optional web research may send search queries and read public URLs you reference
- Providers generate output from your input and their models
- We do not use your private decks or uploads to train public AI models. Your content is processed to deliver the Service to you
AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated slides before sharing or presenting them.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how you use the Service. This may include:
- Product analytics (for example PostHog) to understand feature usage
- Privacy-friendly analytics (for example DataFast / Plausible-style scripts) for traffic and conversion measurement
- Advertising analytics (for example Google Ads and Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance
- Affiliate tracking (for example Tolt) when you arrive through a partner link
You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may break sign-in or parts of the Service.

Data retention and deletion
We retain account and deck data while your account is active so you can access your work.
