These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Superleuk, LLC d/b/a GenPPT ("GenPPT," "we," "us," or "our") for use of genppt.com and the GenPPT application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GenPPT is an AI presentation maker. You can:
- Submit prompts, documents, images, or links as source material
- Generate slide outlines, concept previews, and full-slide visual decks
- Edit decks in chat and regenerate individual slides
- Export presentations to PowerPoint (
.pptx) and PDF, subject to your plan - Store decks and related files in your account
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, models, limits, and pricing.
2. Accounts
Eligibility and sign-in
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or guardian
- Sign-in is through Google or a magic email link. Keep access to the email address on your account
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Notify us promptly at support@genppt.com if you suspect unauthorized access
- Do not share accounts or create accounts to evade limits, bans, or pricing
3. Acceptable use
You may use GenPPT for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Prohibited content
- Generate or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of others
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Create sexually exploitative content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery
Prohibited conduct
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our systems or other users' accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service except through documented APIs we provide
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts except where prohibited by law
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, or abuse generation quotas
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where doing so violates applicable law or policy
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload and presentations you create ("User Content"), subject to third-party rights in your source material.
License to GenPPT
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. This includes sending relevant content to AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that your use of the Service does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Our property
GenPPT or its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, UI, and documentation. Intellectual property laws protect it. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written consent.
6. AI-generated output
- Decks and slides are generated using AI based on your input and third-party models
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before you use it
- We do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose
- You are responsible for how you use, publish, or present generated decks
Unless required by law, we do not claim ownership of presentations you create. We also do not use your private decks to train public AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Plans, billing, and limits
Free and paid plans
- We offer a free tier with limited usage and a paid subscription with additional generation, editing, and export features
- Paid access may include a low-cost introductory trial (for example a $1 trial) before recurring billing begins
- Plan limits, features, and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page
Payments
- Subscriptions and trials are processed by Stripe
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel
- Taxes may apply depending on your location
- Failed payments may lead to suspension of paid features
Cancellation
Cancel through Stripe's billing portal with the email you paid with, or contact support@genppt.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless checkout states otherwise.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- GENPPT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
10. Termination
By you
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from Help → Delete my account while signed in, or email support@genppt.com from the address on your account.
By us
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or where required by law.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or de-identify account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenPPT and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Refunds
The Service delivers digital goods, and AI generation uses compute as soon as you run it. Payments are generally non-refundable once you have used paid features.
We may issue refunds at our discretion for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Technical failures that prevented paid access and were not resolved promptly
- Other cases required by law
Contact support@genppt.com with your account email, charge date, and reason. Stripe remains the system of record for receipts and billing history.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete personal information. We incorporate it into these Terms by reference.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Switzerland, except where prohibited by law or where either party seeks injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorized access.
15. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and GenPPT regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- Force majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. We post material changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
