I can't sign in to my account
GenPPT uses Google sign-in and magic email links — there are no passwords to forget. On the sign-in page, enter your email and click Continue to receive a login link. Make sure to use the same email you originally signed up with, and check your spam folder.
How do I get my invoice or receipt?
Use Stripe's billing portal login (above). Enter your email — Stripe will send you a secure link to view invoices and receipts. You can also check Stripe's receipt emails in your inbox, or sign in to GenPPT and open Billing → Manage subscription.
I canceled but need my invoice
Use Stripe's billing portal login (above) with the email you paid with. Stripe verifies your email before showing billing history. Stripe also sends a receipt for each charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you're signed in with access to the app, go to Settings → Billing and use Cancel subscription. If you can't access billing in the app, email support@genppt.com.
