How to Cancel Your GenPPT Subscription
Need to cancel your GenPPT subscription? We've made it simple to manage your subscription directly from your account.
Cancel Through Your Account

Log into your GenPPT account
- Go to genppt.com and sign in

Access your account settings
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu

Navigate to Billing
- Click on "Billing" or "Subscription" in the left sidebar
- You'll see your current subscription details

Cancel your subscription
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Immediate access: You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Data retention: Your presentations and account data remain safe for 30 days after cancellation
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time during this period
